3.) Do therapy and be specific with therapy, do CBT cognitive based therapy. Change your thinking patterns with a professional that DOES CBT all the time.
4.) Practice gratitude everyday ( we think 60k to 70k thoughts and majority are automatically negative) condition your conciousness to think and see positive. Have a positive attitude.
5.) Boost bloodflow and eat foods that are healthy for the brain and avoid foods and drinks that AREN'T good for your brain health.
6.) Write in your journal.
(EDIT) More tips! 7.) Meditation everyday to build awareness and also peace. [8 weeks] of meditation everyday also practicing mindfulness increases grey matter in the brain and changes your brain

11.) SLEEP 8 HOURS OF HIGH QUALITY DEEP (REM) SLEEP don't be sleep deprived. There are ways to help you sleep… search it up.
12.) EXCERISE!!!! we are designed to be resilient and for MOVEMENT.. don't workout or lose weight for stupid society standards and to "look good." I WANT YOU TO EXCERISE to build BETTER WELL BEING. This isn't rocket science. -jumproping -walks -runs(boring) -swimming -lifting weights/body weight workouts/building muscle -cardio -dancing -biking or cycling(same shit) -basketball or whatever sport.
Find some fun ways to excercise. I love biking and doing bodyweight workouts like pull ups and dips.
13.) Find the cause or root cause of your problem and either change or accept the cause. Don't put more effects on an effect. Change the cause.
14.) Do not compare yourself & Also be patient with yourself! No rush.
15.) Compare yourself to your ancestors from 1000 years ago look at how far you in life and how advance, simple, easy your life is.
If you do all of this for a good month or more…. which is isnt easy but you will notice significant progress.
