Finally after watching maybe 50 videos this is hands-down the best cloning guide. The guy gets to the point and explains it more detailed then the police report last time I got arrested.

The reason I came here is I wanted to know what happens if you clone a mother then turn the clone into a new mother, repeating this again and again. What would happen to the plant?
You briefly went over this at 3:07, the only reason I ask is I've heard different stories. Some people tell me that's how industrial hemp is made and the internet tells me it's impossible for plants to lose their genetics through cloning. Pretty interesting anyways

Hey, Lex, you are literally the only source I blindly trust and it is because your advice has always helped me in my journey to become a good grower. I would love to know your thoughts and idea on wild cannabis plants. I usually find them when exploring the countryside or just walking through neighborhoods. Some seem to be planted by humans (by either purposely planting them there or by just having seeds thrown away), but some seem to be wild plants. I've taken a cutting off one of those and I'm trying to see what's it gonna be, still dealing with its rooting hence my comment under this video. Thanks again for your amazingly educating content. Love and respect.

Can 2 clones from the same mother plant grow and flower to look like two different strains. Different shades of green one having broader leaves one having narrower leaves. Is this possible?

I have only two new week old plants and no more seeds, I was planning on topping them two nodes down once they've got 6 nodes and using those for the clones. Is this a good idea? Or would that be too harmful to plants that small?

    Rooting Solution
    1.) 1 gallon water
    2.) 1 Tblsp Braggs vinegar
    3.) 1 Tblsp organic honey
    4.) 1 tspn cinnamon
    5.) 1 325mg aspirin, crushed.

Heat water, not boiling, mix all ingredients until aspirin is dissolved, then cool. Ph before using. Use as rooting liquid. Soak cuttings, drench rooting medium with liquid. This is also good to help seeds root, and to give established plants a boost.

Even better than the aspirin, make willow tea with the 1 gal. Water instead. Use the greenest, freshest, most tender shoots and stems you can find. Cut into 1 inch pieces, place a couple handfuls of the pieces in the water and boil for 30 minutes, let set overnight before adding the other ingredients. No need to reheat first. The heat was only to dissolve the aspirin.

I heard lowest branches are ideal for cloning as hormone rates are higher. I also noticed lex said newer growth is ideal for cuttings…. anyone have tested proved input on this ?

As far as the 19 – 5 hours of light. When do you turn off the light for the 5 hours? If the 19 hour ends at 12 noon isnt it really the light still on if their is some sun light coming in? Or do it need to be in a total secured area where there is no sunlight entering the space?
