Please make cannabis widely available. My dad, Andrew Zebrun Jr. served in WWII becoming gravely injured. I watched him suffer, and die of his wounds. A simple plant grown much like a tomato could've helped him. Please give our heroic veterans, and all suffering patients a healthy gift, cannabis, can, cure…
We are up to about 20 states give or take as to medical marijuana, another dangerous trend that some of those states have enacted first ever "per se" 5 nanograms THC = .08 BAC for alcohol as in you are impaired only based on that amount.
No drug except alcohol has EVER been quantified for impairment, this is real history and scary science at best. Gas Chromatography is far from an exact science and different drugs cause impairment in people based on so many factors it is ridiculous,,,
Interesting! I did not know that about NY and PA, thanks for sharing your knowledge. Yes, many trends start out West for sure. Let's see, I think it will be a lot different 5 years from now, things are already changing very fast.Oregon will be next and then California, that should be an interesting dynamic for sure, the whole West coast.Oregon will have to change soon as our biggest city, Portland is right on the border, and to have it legal right across the river, that is just too much for us.
Many trends start out West first. I think California, and Colorado are more progressive. California has the strongest protections for license holders.
Remember, states like NY and PA are commonwealths, antiquated principles and rules of law. Plus there would be huge financial incentives and shifts that would occur if NYS legalized, especially in the City where arrests for marijuana are rampant.

Another reason why the West Coast is where it is at, Get with it please NY!
