Its legal but you cant sell it but if you want to sell it you have to be an approved dispensary but we dont want dispensaries bc then people can buy cannabis which is illegal even though it has medical uses and is still schedule 1. Ohio lawmakers are just now considering lifting the ban on growing "hemp" which is cannabis and the thc in cannabis is non psychoactive until it is heated so how is the plant illegal if it contains no psychoactive chemicals. Whats wrong with cannabis which has no known lethal dose but yet big pharma and your oh so smart doctors will prescribe any fucking chemical you want in pill form and you can over dose and die from almost all pharma drugs even over the counter poison.
