Learn a clean and proper method for making Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil in this episode of Cooking with Marijuana #105 Vegan Cannabutter Learn to take …
thank you so much for this recipe. i am approaching my 60th birthday and have been smoking cannabis since i was 15. long story short— my throat yearns for edibles, however at the dispensary they are too expensive and not at all vegan friendly. tomorrow
Can i do the infusing part inside of an oven? And with a glass bottle with a cap on top so it wont smell? Or that would ruin the whole thing? Im sorry im new please help
Hi Matt, Thanks so much for your fantastic video. I watch it every time I'm going to make Cannabutter, but I decarboxylate my marijuna prior to adding to Coconut oil and water. I do the easy method of making Chocolate after I make the Cannabutter. I take a double boiler and put in the finished Cannabutter and add Semisweet Chocolate Morsels melt thoroughly together then refrigerate then cut into small pieces keeping it in the refrigerator. I like your demeanor, stoned or not, you come across as very sensual. You are a Hottie! 🙂 Thanks again!
Can I do this with a smaller amount? Say an 8th or a quarter? And just lower the amount of oil and water equally. But what about the time? Should I still let it sit in the double boiler for like 4 hours if I’m using much less MJ? Thanks for the help!
Great video. I could only get cali cush bud and used half the amount of shake you used.when making cookie dough how much weed butter would you recommend using?
Great job! This doesn't seem too difficult and you're to the point! I'm going to give it a shot, while making sure a timer set and on me. I'm challenged getting a 5 minute garlic bread out before chard 😉 Thanks for sharing!
Make brownies with it. Substitute the oil in the recipe with the infused coconut oil and add almonds, if your not allergic. It gives it an almond joy flavor!
Question, I tried making cannabutter for the first time, using 1/2 cup of coconut oil and maybe 1g-1 1/2g of cannabis, which obviously wasn’t enough. I finished it anyway and let it harden but now I am wondering, can I use the same coconut oil for another recipe? Adding more cannabis?

Water can be used in recipes don’t throw it out
Do you gave to let it steep for that long if the weed is already decarbed?

Adding water with a double boil setup is defeating the purpose

Great vid, but please turn off the music, too loud.
Why add water? Just curious if there is some scientific explanation of this. Great video and thanks for educating the cannibus community!
Made this and immediately dropped a nice chunk into a hot mint tea and was annihilated for several hours
Did you need to decarboxylate the weed first?
Could you drink that water for any effect?

How much should I put in a 8 oz. Oreo shake
how much of that would I need to get high? and do I need a half ounce?
Is there anything you can do with the flower once your done? Besides just throw it away I mean? Idk it feels wasteful lol
love from Trinidad
Decarb 250° for 25 minutes first
You didn’t de carb the flower ?
Why use water there’s really no need coconut oil alone will do the job from cooking to draining leave to set done.💯
TY BUT; I started a batch per your instructions and then saw elsewhere about decarboxylating. Maybe you should add a note so others won't do the same.

why use water? i´ve been prepping this without and it works perfectly
Don’t you need to decarb it?
if using flower instead of shake, do I still need half an oz for 1 cup of oil?
Can you run that bag through another cycle?
I thought your name was bogart
