Complete crap, to have to be surrounded by Pot heads, it's already bad enough when I go to the local market or Walmart and the people in front of me smell like freaking weed, acting all high and stupid. So will you be arrested for public highness, same a public intoxication. Either it will get better by arresting people around you who are high, or it will get worse by everybody being high, because right now no one is doing anything to those people who stink of weed in side our local stores.
