    Even if all states and the federal gov said tomorrow "ok, pot is now totally legal", we are still bound by the drug testing policies of our employers. I get it, I wouldnt want people doing certain jobs while stoned, but what we do while we're not working is our own business, especially if pot is otherwise legal. If employers are gonna continue to test in a legalized world, it needs to be "on the spot" like a breathalyzer for weed (if such a thing even exists). Not piss tests that penalize us for what we've done over a 30 day span, and during non-work hours.
