To get a license to sell cannabis in the state of Illinois cost $525,000. a year and if you have a conviction for drug possession you can not get a medical marijuana card . What people are doing is getting a medical marijuana card in Illinois and a medical marijuana card from Indiana , then they go to Indiana and buy there cannabis and bring it back in to Illinois. What a bunch of stupid fucks. I didn't know that taking medicine was a privilege, but it is in this fucking state.

I live in Las Vegas , can't wait to start growing . I have had my medical card for almost a year now and have been waiting to start growing. I have been studying for quite some time can't wait to give it a shot once everything is passed.

in texas, they have to give at least three licenses(with no plans for limited number of licenses) for dispensaries in june 2017 and only the licensed will be able to grow. also, it will only be low dose cbd oil with no age restriction for patients with epilepsy that cant be treated with traditional meds. its great for those families and i agree that its a step in the right direction.

ok so the no thc cbd only bill passed in Florida in 2014.this bill is for full strength cannabis for mmj it passed now we need Doctors.

Low thc, high CBD approved before. Now, as of the 8th, thc content isn't regulated. You have to have one of the 10 ailments listed in the amendment. Doctors aren't immunized to malpractice suits from misdiagnosis of mmj. Only a limited number of disp, caregivers, and growers regulated by the state. Looks to be regulated pretty heavy by the state. This will probably be the strictest, most governed mmj state. It's a start though, esp for a bible belt state!
