Screen of Green. It's a way to do the Sea of Green method with just one plant. It's called Screen of Green because of the screen involved. SCROG is just an anagram of Screen of Green. It's really one of the best ways to maximize yield when growing indoors.

Honestly it was perfect size. The cam may make it look a lil small. But it was easy to get through and was ample support. I do have to say scrog sooner rather than later lol
Holes in your screen are a bit too small. You'll have difficulty pulling them back under and moving them without causing damage.

Lol it is hard to define a SCROG there is no real set definition. You basically use a net or a fence to elevate all your buds into one even top canopy. Also it supports your branches so you do not need to tie them up.
