Yes..but as it stands now…the people who use this plant (except for those with MM cards)..can have their lives DESTROYED by smoking pot (but hey, the prison industry is STOKED with profits from cheap labor and Big Pharma is making money hand over fist with drugs that cause as much or more harm than the disorder or disease they are supposed to fix). So PLEASE stop saying how harmful pot is and how we are saving people from harm by keeping it illegal.The biggest harm is what the laws do to otherwise law-abiding citizens who realize it is a pretty great plant to relax with AND it has an ABUNDANCE of health benefits.
yeah it would be stupid for minors to use it, so i dont think it'll get legal for teens or kids either, and of course it would be stupid to smoke it like crazy just because you can, but cannabis is more or less a miracle plant that can help curing alot of diffrent decieses

Legalizing bud would make it more easily accessible to minors. Like alcohol, you must be 21 and use it responsibly. But, not everybody follows these methods. Same would be for marijuana. Though nobody has say, died from "smoking" too much, it could still put people in harms way. For example, somebody so toasted they're not paying attention to say, the road, or their children.

The real reason why America illegalized pot was because of the one thing… MONEY!!! The government get's their money from cigarette and alcohol corporations, if pot was legalized, the government would freak out to see that their precious pieces of paper would all of a sudden go away, another reason why is also, it cannot be taxed, people can grow it themselves and sell it. When that happens, the government we'll start to freak out and say "it's bad for you". Reality is, there just greedy.

CDC stuff proves his point admirably, thanks for this. Increases in hygiene have done more for the prevention of diseases than Vaccines have, the best example being Scarlet Fever which has declined at the same rate as Pertussis, Polio etc…DESPITE never having a vaccine.

You don't have to smoke it, but you can use a vaporizer and there is no lung damage. There are many ways to ingest cannabis extract. Make sure those tomatoes you are eating are not sprayed with pesticides or they do not have as much reservatrol which is the cancer fighting agent.
