Ive been using black seed oil for 9 months, i medicate with canabis, preferably sativa blends for my ptsd and depression and indica for my anxiety and sleep, i plan on making a vid soon on several herbs and oils that are amazing and life enhancing, i never knew how much black seed oil did for me until i stopped taking it for a month, it was then i realized little thing like a rash i had on my leg for a long time had came back, my skin dryer and allergies all back, i started again 3 days ago, 1 tsp in the morning 1 before bed and wow im feeling better, i burned my hand grabbing something very hot out of the oven and immediately expected a big bubble to form, it hurt so bad, i put black seed oil on it and smoked cannabis for the pain, no bubble and pain was gone in 2 days my hand looks like it never happened, it sounds crazy but its true….so much i want to share with people

Yes on the spices…. Turmeric is a very potent anti inflammatory, as is its cousin Ginger. Basil helps with breathing issues, and even the instructions to my Volcano vaporizer recommend vaping basil for asthma. I have only vaped cannabis in my 10yr old Volcano.
For the record, I am not discounting Cannabis one bit. Locally grown organic Cannabis saved my life, and I use it every day. Black Seed Oil and Nascent Iodine combine very well with organic cannabis, and I believe they all amplify each others positive effects.
