When you increase exercise and hydration it releases an increased amount of thc into your system temporarily. So, don't do it the day before.
Total waste of time
Intermittent fasting is the best way. Starve yourself for 18 hour intervals then have a meal or two in the 6 hour window. Do this everyday until your test. Only drink water. Added bonus do cardio exercises
