Great vid. So what are the trichomes suppose to look like when u start flushing? Is it more accurate to count the weeks? I’m just afraid that I might start flushing too early and ruin my plants. First year grower.

Thanks for the video. I'm just getting into growing and I use a digital microscope (Teslong, 200 X Magnification) which can be put used on the stand or I can attach it to my phone. It also has a very good light.

I raise my lights a bit each week after the 5th week and start limiting the light 15 minutes each week till I get to 10 on 14 off.
I only do this in summer because of hot summer humid days.

I really dig the information u put out in your videos! I have been growing since last December when I lost my girlfriend to a drunk driver. I grow in her memory and it has always been a passion of mine as well. My girlfriend was a long time grower like u and was going to teach me. She has like 8 thousand followers on Instagram. I have survived her tragedy by growing. Three weeks later my mother died from pancreatic cancer so this past year has been rather difficult. Sorry for rambling and to answer one of your questions about when I look at trichomes to judge the plants readiness, personally because there are so many different ways to do it, as a beginner I think it is important to find someone u trust and stick with them for a while until you have gone through a few runs and then start experimenting and finding what works for u best. I’m on Instagram to and u are welcome to check out my grow! It’s all my original content. Well, thanks again for all of your videos. Peace.

I use the Carson microscope. And have been doing the 10% of amber tircombes. And with that being said I've found my harvests have been pre mature. So this time km going to let them go an additional two weeks with close monitoring

I get a magnifying glass and zoom all the way in on my phone camera and record with the flash on. I then screenshot the best frame I can find and zoom into the picture further to try and see. I would prefer one of those USB microscopes

yo, just a tip for everyone reading wanting a microscope to see when to yield!
-There are microscopes you can buy to put on your cellphone camera. It's called a "trichoscope". Trust me, you'll thank me after you don't have backpain.

What i said to someone else if you have a shakey hand after recording the video you can slow playback down to 25% on here and mxplayer lets you do this as well, 4x as long to try see the crystal colour normally makes them visible

    Light further slows growth.
Light closer makes plant produce resin to protect it from burns
