20, had FM for 6 years, regular cannabis user for 6 years, diagnosed 3 months ago.
I live in illinois, it's almost impossible to get a medicinal marijuana card here. They keep pumping me full of 250 dollar a month SSRI's and nothing works, accept for marijuana and i can't even come across cannabis that is specifically created for pain management, yet it still helps. This is the world we live in. Where we can face jail time for using a natural pain reliever, but it's perfectly legal to go completely broke from being pumped full of psychosomatic drugs that don't have half the effect and benefits that medical marijuana does.
I live in texas and I have severe fibromyalgia horribly headache ,my rheumatoid Dr.took me the only think work for you is marihuana .now still here 24 hours in bed with lite pain and pain I wish live and part where the accept marijuana because iam sick thank you God blessing you

Watching this is like looking in the mirrior, I myself have suffered from and un known diesese that ended up being fm. The only thing that saves me from it is cannabis. I've tried many pain relievers and prescribed drugs over the years and nothing helped at all.
Medical Marijuana helped me so much but CWS got involved and because I did not have my license to smoke I was ordered to do drug treatment and they knew what I used it for.

I was diagnosed about 5 1/2 years ago and have been prescribed about 9 total medications over the years. Nothing every truly helped and the medications were causing more harm than good :/ So I tried medical cannabis and it was almost instant relief. I have been able to get off about 7 of the medications and sleeping much better without the use of sleeping pills now. I wake up feeling so much more rested than I ever did before. I can say it has helped make my life worth living now.

My mother has MS and fibromyalgia, and cannabis is the only thing that allows her to calm down and have normal conversations with me and the rest of the family. Otherwise she's quite snappy and "barks" without thinking about it, because she's constantly in so much pain. She takes some 30+ medications, and a large portion of them she only takes to alleviate the symptoms of the other pills. We know for a fact that if she could have constant, legal access, cannabis could be her only medication…

i to moved to california for the same reason however i pulled my card on a psych for medicinal i have sence move to oregon and i see a man named cory mc cord found out just yesterday that i am not crazy i just have fibro and i agree so much with this women cannabis is the only medcation that works without all the damage i have tried it all almost and my liver is failing and im sure the kidneys are soon to follow if we cannot get this recognized
I agree, all of the states should legalize medical cannabis!!
I have fibromyalgia / chronic fatigue syndrome, and believe medical marijuana helps the pain, anxiety and sleeplessness. I don't understand why more states haven't already legalized it.
